Your first day of Gamma will be spent doing Extreme Circuit. This workout is broken down into sets of five minutes. You will definitely feel challenged once your 25 minutes are up.First off, if you are a beginer to intermediate, you will lose weight very quickly! You will be doing four exercises for a minute each and then you will do all four of them once again at a very fast pace.
